Nikki is awesome. I typically don’t like working out at gyms, especially with a trainer, because everyone is pretty much a neanderthal. But Nikki brings the knowledge, skill, and discipline of all of the other trainers while making you actually want to work out. She’s supportive and just a bad ass in every way possible. I’ll never like doing burpees but Nikki got me pretty damn close. Do yourself a favor, stop walking on the treadmill at 4.5, put down those 5 lbs dumbells, and do something that will actually help you get into shape. It’s summer in LA no one wants to look at your mushy body so get in touch with Nikki and tighten that shit up
