Pushing me to the limit
Nikki is one of the best trainers I have worked with. I have had two previously but didn’t really see the results I wanted. I like how she always brings in something new to my workouts and pushes me to my limits. Her workouts have made me stronger as well as trimmed my arms and stomach. Her workouts go by really quick because she is extremely personable and makes you feel like you are her only client. I highly recommend Nikki as a trainer. She will get you to where you want to be.     – Adam grossman

Whole body health
Nikki consistently coaches me through a great workout and focuses on my “whole body health”. She combines her educational background in kinesiology with practical training experience and customizes my workout based on her knowledge and my personal fitness goals. She listens to my concerns and has an encouraging and motivating style.  She takes training seriously and seems to experience an intrinsic reward when I tell her how good I feel about the way I look.

I recently spoke with a prior co-worker of hers at a local L.A. gym. When I expressed my extreme satisfaction with her as a trainer he retorted “Yeah, she really gives a damn”.

I have been training with her for almost 3 years and will stay with her as long as possible. If you want a holistic trainer whose primary concern is your health, welfare and fitness, you owe it to yourself to give Nikki a try. You won’t be disappointed!     – Lisa Williams, client since 2009

Motivating me to achieve my goals
Nikki is the best trainer I’ve ever had.  She’s incredibly motivating and is well-educated about health and the human body.  Nikki has a gift for helping people achieve their goals and reshape their bodies!     – Shira Cherniet

Reshaping my body and my life
My name is Dan Moschella, I am 42 years old and have been a fitness enthusiast ever since I started weightlifting at the age of 11.  I also ski, play softball, and used to play baseball. In December of 2010, I sustained a torn ACL while skiing. I subsequently had surgery in January 2011. Over the course of the succeeding 5 months, I spent 3 to 5 days per week in physical therapy maintaining a strict rehabilitation schedule.

During the rehabilitation I lost about 12 pounds of muscle due to the fact that I wasn’t working out the rest of my body with weights as I used to. Rather, I was focused intently on increasing strength and flexibility in the surgically repaired knee. I subsequently attempted to get back into the gym as a way to compliment the knee rehab.

However, the loss of strength, loss of muscle mass, and intensity of the knee rehabilitation left me unmotivated and feeling like I need new training ideas.

While I hadn’t trained or even spoken with Nikki up to that point, I had observed her training clients. It was always apparent that Nikki knew what she was doing and her clients genuinely enjoyed training with her. She always appears positive and her clients seem very motivated. Additionally, Nikki always seems to teach her clients doing unique and interesting exercises. She clearly keeps workouts interesting and intense.

One day I approached Nikki, told her about my situation, and asked her if she would train me. I could not have been more pleased with the results. While training 3x per week, within a few short weeks I felt like I was in the best shape of my life. Nikki designed a custom plan for me that took the knee injury into account. She introduced leg exercises that helped me regain strength, stability, and balance. With her guidance, I was able to surge ahead of where I otherwise would have been. The workouts were very intense, but very enjoyable. I had fun learning a lot of new exercises while also seeing results.

I am grateful to Nikki for her positive attitude and her ability to motivate me especially on the days where I didn’t want to push myself or be pushed. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. My body, and especially my knee, is where it is today thanks to Nikki. I would recommend Nikki to anyone…male or female that needs an amazing, intelligent, and positive trainer.     – Dan Moschella
