How to Eat Healthy this Memorial Day Weekend!

I’m sure lot of you will be going out or going to a BBQ over the long weekend.  Here are some ways to enjoy yourself without splurging too much!!

1) Bring a healthy dish that you like.  Fresh fruit, grilled chicken salad, wild salmon to grill, etc.

2) Fill your plate up with the most healthy items so when you get to the high calorie foods, there will be no room and you will be full!

3) If you are in the mood for an alcoholic beverage, bring your own skinny girl wines or choose wine, light beer, or simple cocktails made with low-calorie mixers.    (treat alcohol as your dessert)

4) Workout in the morning so you will feel good and don’t have to think about for the rest of the day!
