What is TRX training?

The TRX is suspension training that uses your body weight to enable hundreds of exercises that can be instantly scaled for any user to reach any fitness or training goals.   TRX  exercises builds all over muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and your core all at the same time.  It is a fun and challenging and you will never get bored of it!!  The TRX is a total body workout that one can really isolate the muscles and feel them contracting.
